What's your itinerary?
The first month I'll spend in New Zealand, then a month in Australia. From there I fly to Indonesia. I plan on visiting most of the countries in SE Asia, and then move on to India and China. Along the way, I'd like to see S Korea, Japan, and Mongolia.
Everything after that is undecided. Maybe I'll swing down to S America next. Or take the trans-siberian railway across Russia. If money lasts, I'd like to go through Africa, and maybe Eastern Europe. Who knows? I'm making this up as I go. Kind of like one of those "Choose your own adventure books."
How much is this trip going to cost?
I've budgeted about $20,000 US for this. Give or take a couple thou.
When do you leave?
The adventure begins, February 15th, 2005.
How long do you plan on traveling?
Until money runs out. I'm predicting about a year
Are you going alone?
Yep. You can join me if you like.
Aren't you worried about your safety?
I'm more worried about the people I'm leaving behind. Are you guys sure you can do without me? ;)
